2004 Entertainment Book Sale

We will be selling the new 2005 edition of the Entertainment Book! This book is loaded with many family favorites such as Arnie's, Taco Bell, Cascade Sports Grill, Steak N' Shake, Domino's, Noto's, Vitale's in Ada, D&W, Forest Hills Foods, Cascade Car Wash, etc.

Sections include offers in the following areas:
 - Fine & Casual Dining
 - Family Restaurants, Informal and Carryout
 - Attractions and Hotels
 - Home, Garden, and Auto
 - Retail and Services
 - National Values (Travel, Retail and Services)

The cost of the Entertainment 2005 book remains only $35.00! The sale begins on Wednesday, September 1, 2004 and concludes on Friday, October 8, 2004. Checks should be made payable to the music program in which you participate (FHC Band Boosters, FHC Choir Boosters or FHC Orchestra Boosters). The sale will run as follows:

  1. Each member will receive ONE Entertainment book to take home and use as a "Demo" book for selling. An order form will be enclosed for taking orders.
  2. Money/Checks are to be turned in on Friday's only, during class time, to a parent volunteer (NOT the teacher).
  3. Additional books to sell are available on Friday's only.
  4. All unsold books and/or checks for sold books must be turned in no later than Friday, October 8, 2004.

For each book sold, the student will earn $10.00 in credit in their account. If a student sells five books during the sale period, they will receive the sixth book free.
